UFC’s second show on broadcast network FOX gave fans considerably more MMA action than their debut event a month ago. Rather than a quick first round finish in the lone fight of the night, this showed offered 11 rounds, 55 minutes worth, of broadcasted fights. When it was all over from the United Center in Chicago the middleweight and light heavyweight divisions had two title challenges, both who have been in that spot before.

Tom DeBlass will be putting his light heavyweight title on the line against the hard hitting Carlos Brooks, while Deividas Taurosevicus will be bringing his featherweight belt into the cage to face "The Ultimate Fighter" alum, Jeff Lentz.
Tonight former light heavyweight champion Rashad Evans headlines the UFC’s second foray into network television as he hopes to stop the rise of Phil Davis, the man who many have already deemed the only fighter who can truly challenge Jon Jones for the title. Meanwhile in the co-main event, Michael Bisping and Chael Sonnen will meet to determine who the next man to face pound-for-pound king Anderson Silva for the UFC middleweight crown.
UFC President Dana White announced via twitter yesterday that come UFC on Fox 3, Jim Miller and Nate Diaz will face off in what is likely a title eliminator for the lightweight division. Diaz recently set the UFC record for most power shots landed in dominant showing over Donald "Cowboy" Cerrone at UFC 141. Miller recently took a submission of the night victory over Melvin Guillard in the main event of UFC on FX 1.
The UFC's first foray into Sweden just got a little more interesting as two more bouts for the April 14 Fuel card have been announced. Denis Siver will make his featherweight debut against Diego Nunes and recent "The Ultimate Fighter" competitor and Swedish native Akira Corassani will face off against Jason Young. UFC on Fuel 2 will take place at the Ericsson Globe Arena in Stockholm and air here in the United States on Fuel TV as part of the new broadcast deal the UFC signed with Fox. Fuel TV, as well as FX are subsidiaries of Fox.
Thursday evening’s Fight Lab Promotions “Fight Lab 20” event from Coyote Joe's in Charlotte, NC featured a bevy of amazing fights.
